Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

  • Day : 1 On Arrival) Delhi-Haridwar

    (220 km/ 7 hour’s drive) Meet our driver at Delhi Airport / Railway station and drive to Haridwar. Check into the hotel arrival in Haridwar. Evening visit Ganga Aarti at Har-Ki-Pauri on your own. 

    Overnight stay at Haridwar. The sheer numbers of people gathering around Har-ki-PairiGhat give Haridwar a chaotic but reverent feel. Hotel Details: Ashok / Arjun / Swagat Hotel 

     

  • Day : 2 Haridwar – Barkot

    (210 km / 8 hour’s drive) Morning meets our driver at Haridwar& drive for Barkot via Mussoorie-route visit Mussoorie Lake &Kempty Fall in Mussoorie. Later drive straight to Barkot. Check into the hotel arrival in Barkot.

  • Day : 3 Barkot–Yamunotri

     (36 km drive & 6 km Trek). After taking bath in JamunabaiKund's warm water and having "Darshan" of "Yamunaji" return to Janki Chatti by trek. Later drive towards Barkot. Overnight stay at Barkot. 

    It was destroyed twice in the present century and rebuilt again. At Yamunotri, can cook rice by carrying it in a cloth and dipping it in the boiling water of the Tapt

  • Day : 4 Barkot–Uttarkashi

    (100 kms/4 hour's drive). The morning after breakfast, drive to Uttarkashi visit Shiv gufa on the way to Uttarkashi. After that, check-in the hotel for a rest. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi. Uttarkashi is home to some ashrams, temples. The community is a part of the Garhwal division.

    It receives water from two sacred rivers called Ganges and Yamuna. Yamunotri Dham is about 50 km from Barkot. one can easily see the magnificent summit of Bandar's tail, and it is an ideal holiday. Adventure destination for nature lovers and adventurers as the place with many beautiful apple orchards, beautiful landscapes, beautiful scenery, and trekking excursions.

    Shakti Temple: - Opposite the Vishwanath temple is the Shakti temple. It has a large 'trident' of about 6 meters in height and a circumference of 90 cm below. Although there are different views on making it, it makes the upper part of iron, and the lower part is copper.

     

  • Day : 5 Uttarkashi-Gangotri

    (100 kms/4 hour’s drive). Gangotri, the origin of the River Ganges and seat of the goddess Ganga, is one of the four sites in the Char Dham pilgrimage of Uttarakhand. Early morning drive to Gangotri, en route at Gangnani, take a holy dip in GaramKund, further 

    Drive to Gangotri via beautiful Harsil Valley. Harsil is famous for its earth beauty and for the royal views of the Deodar trees and mountains. On arrival at Shree Gangotri, take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges, which is also called Bhagirathi at its origin. Perform Pooja and Darshan, after that relax for some time in the lovely environment. Later drive back to Uttarkashi. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi. 

    Gangotri Temple: the Gorkha General Amar Singh Thapa constructed The Temple in the 18th Century, is on the right bank of Bhagirathi.

  • Day : 6 Uttarkashi–Guptkashi

    (220 kms/8 hour's Drive). The morning after breakfast, drive to Guptkashi via Moolgarh&Lambgoan. The Mandakini  River comes from Kedarnath, goes alongside the river to reach Guptkashi, and visits ArdhNarishwar Temple in Guptkashi. Check into the hotel arrival in Guptkashi. Overnight stay at Guptkashi.

    Guptkashi: The name Guptkashi means "Hidden Benares. Mythology describes how when the Pandava brothers searched for a glimpse of Shiva, Shiv Ji first concealed himself at Guptkashi but later fled from them further up the valley to Kedarnath Pandavas finally got their wish fulfilled. There are more tangible connections, and Kedarnath pandas (priests) live in Guptkashi during the winter months.

  • Day : 7 Guptkashi – Kedarnath – Guptkashi

    (30 km/19 km trek). The morning after breakfast drive to Gaurikund, start your tour from Gaurikund to Kedarnath (by Pony /  

    Doli / Helicopter at your own cost) Visit Kedarnath Temple after Darshan trek down to Gaurikund. Later drive to Guptkashi. Overnight stay at Guptkashi. By  Helicopter: Morning, our driver will transfer you to your pre-book Helipad. After Darshan back, our car will drop you at Hotel for a rest. By Trek: Morning, our driver will drop you at Sonprayag; then you have to take a local jeep for Gourikund& then your trek starts for Kedarnathji.  

    Kedarnath: The Kedarnath shrine, one of the 12 jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, is a scenic spot situated against the majestic Kedarnath range. Kedar is another name of Lord Shiva. According to legend, after having won over the Kaurava in the Kurukshetra war, the Pandavas felt guilty of having killed their brothers and sought Lord Shiva's blessings for redemption.

    He eluded them repeatedly and, while fleeing, took refuge at Kedarnath in the form of a bull.  It treats Kedarnath and the four abovementioned shrines as Pinchgut. Hotel Details: Vishnu Place /Dev DHAM/ Similar. 

     

  • Day : 8 Guptkashi–Badrinath

    (220 km/10 hour's Drive). The morning after breakfast, drive to Badrinath. Check in to the hotel for arrival in Badrinath. BrahamaKapal is significant for PinddanShraddh of ancestors (Pitrus). There is another exciting sightseeing spot like Mana, Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorti, Charanpaduka, Bhimkund, and the "Mukh" of the Saraswati River. Just within the three km of Badrinathjee. Overnight stay at Badrinath. Badrinath, one of the 'Ancient Four Dhams' is one of the most celebrated pilgrimage spots of the country and is at an elevation of 3,133 meters,

     Tapt Kund: Natural thermal springs on the river Alaknanda bank, where it is customary to bathe before entering the Badrinath temple.  Vasundhara: As the name suggests, Vasundhara is a magnificent waterfall. This place is 5kms from Badrinath, out of which 2kms is motorable up to Mana.

    BhimPul: On the other side of Mana village, a massive rock forming a natural bridge lies over the roaring Saraswati River. It presents a spectacular view of water thundering down through the narrow passage under the rock, the second eldest among the five Pandava brothers. Vyas Gufa (cave):  Near Mana Village is a rock-cave where Ved Vyas composed the Mahabharata and the prank commentaries.

  • Day : 9 Badrinath–Joshimath - Rudraprayag

    (160 km/ 7 hour's Drive). After breakfast, a driver for Rudraprayag via Joshimath. Visit on the way to Narsingh Temple in Joshimath later drive back to Rudraprayag via Joshimath. Check into the hotel arrival in Rudraprayag. Overnight stay at Rudraprayag. Joshimath is on the slopes above the confluence of the rivers Alaknanda and Dhauliganga. There are many other temples in the town. The most important is the temple of Nir Singh with the God of Lord Vishnu. The left arm of this deity is getting undone with time, and the popular belief holds that the day the arm completely withers Badrinath valley will cease to exist and the 

    Gods will transfer the residence into the neighboring Niti Valley at behaving Badri. Kedarnath is located 86 km from Rudraprayag. The confluence of rivers Alaknanda and Mandakini. Kedarnath, a Hindu holy town, is located 86 km from Rudraprayag.

  • Day : 10 Rudraprayag - Rishikesh

    (142 km/ 4 hour's Drive). The morning after breakfast, drive for Rishikesh. Rishikesh' Place of sages' is a celebrated spiritual town on the bank of Ganga and is surrounded by the Shivalik range of the Himalayas on three sides. It is said that when Raibhya Rishi did hard penances, God appeared by the name of "Hrishikesh" and this area henceforth came to be known as Rishikesh. Later visit Rishikesh Temples Sightseeing–Laxman Jhula, Ram Jhula. Drop at Haridwar. 

    The Himalaya foothills in northern India, also know it as the world's yoga canter and is home to many world-renowned ashrams. Rishikesh styles itself as the 'Yoga Capital of the World', with masses of ashrams and all kinds of yoga and meditation classes. Forested hills inside the city surround the fast-flowing Ganges. Apart from temples and ashrams, Rishikesh is now a famous white-water rafting center, backpacker hang-out, and gateway to treks in the Himalaya.

  • Day : 11 Haridwar–Delhi

    240 km/ 4=6 hour’s Drive). The morning after breakfast drive for Delhi. Drop at Delhi Airport / Railway Station.
