Ooty a very beautiful hill station of South India also known as Udagamandalam. It has another name as Udhagai, is a big town situated in the municipality of the Nilgiris district of the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. This town is having a very good location of 86 km of Coimbatore city and 138 km from the south of another historical town of South India called Mysore and it is also a very well-known headquarters of the Nilgiris district. One of the most famous and popular hill stations of South India is Nilgiri Hills. Everyone in South India also knows this town and calls it Queen of Hills.
This town as History says was at the beginning occupied by Toda Tribes, This town as known right now was governed by the Britishers as their known East India Company at about almost when the 18th century was ending. The source of income of this Hill station called Ooty is based on Tourism and Agriculture, This Beautiful hill station of South India known as Ooty also manufactures medicine and photographic films for the many States of India. This town of South India as known Ooty is very well connected by the Nilgiri ghat roads and Nilgiri Mountain Railway.

Kodaikanal :
One of the most beautiful Hill stations of South India popularly known as Kodaikanal and it is situated in the state of Tamil Nadu. It has one of the beautiful surroundings of South India and it is situated amongst granite cliffs, forested valleys, lakes, waterfalls, and grassy hills. It is situated at a height of 2050 meters from sea level.
